3. Account Registration & Security

3.1. Creating an Account

To access certain features of SuperAIChats, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. SuperAIChats is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect any breach of security, you must notify us immediately at security@SuperAIChats.com.

4. SuperAIChats Services & License

4.1. Grant of License

SuperAIChats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal or business purposes.

4.2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

6. Payment, Subscriptions, & Billing

6.1. Subscription Plans

SuperAIChats offers multiple subscription plans with introductory pricing, as outlined on our pricing page.

• Basic Plan: $1 introductory, then $29 per month.
• Starter Plan: $19.97 introductory, then $39.94 per month.
• Pro Plan: $34.97 introductory, then $69.94 per month.

We also offer one-time purchase options:

• Essentials Pack: $119.76 (one-time purchase).
• Lifetime: $215.64 (pay once, use forever).

6.2. Payment & Auto-Renewal

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.
• SuperAIChats reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

6.3. Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are refundable only if subscription period has not started or where required by law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@SuperAIChats.com within 7 days of the charge.
• If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so in your Settings → Billing.

7. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

7.1. No Guarantee of Accuracy

SuperAIChats's AI-generated responses are based on data inputs and machine learning algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of responses.

7.2. No Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice

SuperAIChats does not provide professional advice. AI-generated content should not be considered legal, financial, or medical advice, and you should consult a professional for such matters.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of SuperAIChats is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and use your data.

• We may collect usage data to improve SuperAIChats's performance.
• We do not sell personal information to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the past 12 months.

SuperAIChats reserves the right to update these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of SuperAIChats after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America.

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Arvada, CO.
